Two wealth management firms, overseeing over $1 billion in combined client assets, have transitioned to new platforms to enhance growth and succession plans. Raymond James recruited Wilkins Lamb Wealth Advisors from RBC Capital Markets, a Denver-based team managing $700 million. Separately, Gardner Wallace Financial Solutions, managing $464 million, joined Osaic through Advisory Resource Group, moving from Kestra to prepare for future growth and improve technology and operational support.
