Semiconductor ETF closes up 2%, leading US stock industry ETFs

Wednesday (March 4), Semiconductor ETF closed up 2.02%, Network Stocks Index ETF, Consumer Discretionary ETF, Global Technology Stocks Index ETF, and Technology Sector ETF all rose at least 1.70%, while Energy Sector ETF fell 0.60%. Among the 11 sectors of the S&P 500, the Consumer Discretionary sector gained 2.24%, the Information Technology/Tech sector increased 1.27%, and the Energy sector declined 0.73%.
