Abstract generation in progress

AI applications are rapidly being adopted across various industries, driving a quick increase in computing power demand, which gives cloud service providers the confidence to raise prices. On February 11, cloud service provider UCloud announced a price increase, deciding to raise prices for all products and services for both renewal and new customers starting March 1. Several cloud service providers told reporters that, given the explosive demand and supply bottlenecks, cloud computing rental service price hikes are not short-term fluctuations or isolated actions by individual companies. Instead, they indicate a structural turning point in the industry’s prosperity, with price increases across the entire sector imminent. Noticing that AI demand has exceeded expectations, from upstream core chips like GPUs to midstream optical modules for network support, and downstream cloud computing centers for infrastructure, the entire computing power industry remains in a high-growth cycle. Related listed companies are also experiencing continuous performance growth. (People’s Financial News)
