US judge says Bank of America's alleged 'reckless disregard' supports Epstein lawsuit

A U.S. judge ruled that allegations of Bank of America’s “reckless disregard” concerning Jeffrey Epstein’s sex trafficking are sufficient for a proposed class action lawsuit to proceed. The judge’s decision allows two claims against the bank for knowingly benefiting from Epstein’s activities and obstructing federal law, while dismissing other claims. Bank of America stated it looks forward to a full review of the facts, with a trial scheduled for May 11.
