Lixin Micro launches the 8-channel three-state output buffer/driver ET74LV541V, designed with a wide voltage supply of 2~5.5V. The input is compatible with TTL levels, and the output has a strong drive capability of ±35mA, capable of stably driving bus lines or buffering memory address registers. The device features an input/output opposite-side package layout for easy PCB design, paired with dual low-true enable pins for flexible three-state control. It also offers excellent ESD protection and latch-up performance, suitable for scenarios requiring high stability and compatibility, such as multi-power rail signal integration.
