Gelonghui, March 6 — Bixing IoT (688671.SH) announced that the company’s board of directors recently received a written resignation letter from Mr. Fang Hao, co-chairman and general manager of the company. Mr. Fang Hao has applied to resign from his positions as co-chairman of the second board of directors, member of the Compensation and Assessment Committee, and general manager due to personal reasons. After stepping down, Mr. Fang Hao will continue to serve as a company advisor. His departure will not affect the normal operation of the company and the board of directors.

To ensure the normal progress of the company’s work, after Mr. Fang Hao resigns as general manager, Mr. He Yuanping, the company’s chairman, will temporarily perform the duties of general manager until the board of directors appoints a new general manager. The company will follow legal procedures to complete the election of non-independent directors and the appointment of the general manager as soon as possible.
