Mediterranean Shipping Company: Will Levy Emergency Fuel Surcharge

Odaily Planet Daily reports that Mediterranean shipping company MSC will impose an emergency fuel surcharge on all cargo shipped from the Mediterranean and Black Sea regions to the Indian subcontinent, Red Sea, and East Africa.

MSC: From March 16 until further notice, the emergency fuel surcharge for shipments on the Mediterranean and Black Sea to East Africa routes will be adjusted to $60 per standard container and $90 per refrigerated container. (Jin10)
