Yintu Network Link stated in the announcement that to improve capital utilization efficiency and increase returns, and without affecting the normal development of the company’s main business, the company plans to authorize management to use up to 200 million yuan of idle funds to invest in low- to medium-risk financial products.
According to Tongbi Finance, the company is a provider of comprehensive smart grid solutions centered on intelligent auxiliary monitoring systems for power grid operation. Its business chain covers all aspects including system design, software development, integration and debugging, upgrades, and operation and maintenance of smart grid operation auxiliary monitoring systems.
The company focuses on research and development related to the construction and renovation of smart auxiliary monitoring systems for substations in the power transmission and transformation segment. It integrates technologies such as IoT, artificial intelligence, information communication, and smart software to design and implement system integration solutions covering sensing, communication networks, data services, and smart applications. The system fully utilizes the functions of the auxiliary monitoring system, such as operation monitoring, environmental monitoring, security protection, and auxiliary control, helping clients achieve remote inspection of power equipment and environmental conditions in substations in an unmanned mode, with automated dispatching operations, visualized management, and intelligent alarm management. This enhances the overall monitoring efficiency, operational management, and safety control of integrated substation monitoring systems, providing decision-making and optimization support for production scheduling and smart maintenance, further ensuring the stable and efficient operation of the power grid.
The Smart Operation and Maintenance Control Platform leverages IoT, AI, digital twin, and other technologies to accurately perceive and collect data on various equipment within transmission and substation facilities, enabling comprehensive data fusion, diagnostic analysis, and decision-making. It also facilitates intelligent on-site management, providing digital tools for power companies’ operation and maintenance.
The drone intelligent inspection system supports integrated management of inspection tasks for transmission, transformation, and distribution equipment, including tower ledger management, inspection planning and task management, flight monitoring, route management, task scheduling, defect analysis, and defect reporting, completing a closed-loop management process for drone-powered power inspections.
The mobile intelligent inspection terminal is designed specifically for inspection scenarios, offering lightweight, intelligent, full-process support for inspections. Compatible with the latest DJI M4TD drone, it is a portable smart device integrating hardware, edge computing, and cloud collaboration.
The safety tools intelligent warehouse management system uses IoT and smart recognition technologies to monitor the entire lifecycle of safety tools and equipment—from procurement, warehousing, testing, inspection, usage, to disposal—achieving full-process closed-loop management with automation, minimizing manual input, and effectively reducing management workload while improving efficiency.
The company holds five invention patents, over thirty copyrights, and has passed ISO9001 quality management system certification. It boasts an experienced design, R&D, and project management team, proprietary core technologies, and strong customer relationships and resources. It is recognized as a high-tech enterprise, a first-class qualification unit for security system design and construction, a Level 4 permit holder for power facility installation (repair), a Level 2 contractor for fire protection engineering, and a Level 2 contractor for electronic and intelligent engineering.
