Recently, China Insurance announced that, after approval by the 61st and 62nd meetings of the fifth board of directors of China United Insurance Group Co., Ltd., and the third extraordinary general meeting of 2025, Liu Yuanzhang was elected as the company’s chairman. Approved by the National Financial Regulatory Administration (Jin Fu [2026] No. 98), the company officially appointed Liu Yuanzhang as chairman on February 25, 2026 (China Group Director’s Letter [2026] No. 9), and relieved him of his temporary acting role (China Group Appointment [2026] No. 5).
