Aptevo Therapeutics has secured a $60 million equity line of credit (ELOC) agreement with Yorkville Advisors Global, LP, which, when combined with existing cash, extends the company’s funding runway into 2029. This capital infusion will support the advancement of its clinical and preclinical multispecific anti-cancer agents, including mipletamig, which is being evaluated for frontline AML.
