U.S. and Israel airstrikes on southeastern Iranian port, over a hundred fishing boats catch fire

According to reports from the Iranian Students’ News Agency, the port city of Jask along the southeastern coast of the Persian Gulf was hit by airstrikes from the United States and Israel on the same day, resulting in over 100 fishing boats catching fire and suffering severe damage. The report quoted the Hormozgan provincial government as saying that U.S. and Israeli warplanes attacked a fishing port in Jask during the airstrikes. In addition to local fishermen’s boats being damaged, the airstrikes caused one injury. (Xinhua)
