Gate for AI Upgraded Again: One-Click Installation, Authorization via Conversation, CEX MCP Tool Expanded to 161 Items
Mars Finance News: The world’s leading cryptocurrency trading platform Gate has announced that the CEX MCP within the Gate for AI system has completed a major upgrade. This upgrade focuses on optimizing the AI Agent access and authorization process. After the update, users can authorize directly within the chat when using Gate MCP in AI tools, without manually opening a browser or switching pages. The authentication process can be completed within the same chat window. Whether using tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or OpenClaw, the overall experience is smoother. Additionally, the platform now offers a one-click installation tool and supports both API Key and OAuth authorization methods, making AI model integration with trading capabilities simpler and more flexible.
In terms of capabilities, the Gate MCP tool system has been further expanded, now totaling 161 tools. The AI Agent’s callable capabilities now cover market data, spot trading, and derivatives, and have been extended to options, futures, asset management, and flash swaps, enabling AI not only to execute trades but also to participate in more comprehensive asset management and strategy execution processes.
