Wu said that YZi Labs disclosed that investor Abraham Gomez has filed a lawsuit against CEA Industries (NASDAQ: BNC) and director Hans Thomas, accusing the company of being in a "operational vacuum," lacking a CFO, COO, operations and marketing team, and an official website. YZi Labs claims that BNC is actually a "wave gold village" funneling fees to 10X Capital, and demands that the board immediately terminate the 20-year asset management agreement (AMA) and launch an investigation into Hans Thomas. Additionally, after a 21-month vacancy in the CFO position, BNC appointed Brent Miller as the new CFO on March 9.
