Securities Daily Online News: On March 9th, Tongda Co., Ltd. announced that from November 2025 to March 2026, its controlling shareholder Shi Wanfu reduced a total of 4,432,295 shares through block trades and centralized bidding, accounting for 0.84% of the total share capital. After the reduction, the shareholding is 26,286,828 shares, representing 5.00% of the total share capital, reaching a multiple of 5%. This equity change did not result in a change of control.
