Tianqin Equipment announced that Zhitong Certified Public Accountants has replaced the signing CPA, with Ms. Sun Chao succeeding Ms. Kang Jia who resigned, to continue providing the company with financial statement and internal control audit services for the year 2025.

Securities Daily Online News: On March 11, Tianqin Equipment announced that the company recently received a letter from Grant Thornton Certified Public Accountants LLP (hereinafter referred to as “Grant Thornton”) regarding the change of the signing CPA for Qinhuangdao Tianqin Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Grant Thornton, as the company’s 2025 financial statement and internal control audit firm, originally appointed Ms. Chen Haixia and Ms. Kang Jia as signing CPAs to provide audit services, with Mr. Long Chuanxi as the project quality review partner. Due to the resignation of the original signing CPA, Ms. Kang Jia, Ms. Sun Chao has been appointed to replace Ms. Kang Jia as the signing CPA. After this change, the signing CPAs for the 2025 financial statements and internal control audit are Ms. Chen Haixia and Ms. Sun Chao, with Mr. Long Chuanxi as the project quality review partner.
