Qichacha APP shows that recently, Aerospace Hydrogen Energy (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd. underwent a business change, with registered capital increasing to 66.076 million yuan. Aerospace Investment Holding Co., Ltd. was added as a shareholder, holding approximately 24.33%, and the company’s key personnel also changed. According to Qichacha, Aerospace Hydrogen Energy (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd. was established in May 2020, with Zheng Yi as the legal representative. It is currently jointly held by Shanghai Space Power Research Institute, Shanghai Zhongzhen Transportation Equipment Co., Ltd., and Aerospace Investment Holding Co., Ltd. It is reported that Aerospace Hydrogen Energy is a supplier of fuel cell products and services, dedicated to promoting fuel cell technology and the hydrogen energy industry development.
