According to CCTV News, on February 24, 2026, the total cross-regional population flow reached 242 million trips. Although this is a 30.3% decrease compared to the previous month, it is a 4.7% increase compared to the same period in 2025. Among them, railway passenger volume was 18.101 million trips, road transportation flow was 221 million trips, waterway passenger volume reached 1.073 million trips, and civil aviation passenger volume was 2.642 million trips. All modes of transportation showed a month-on-month decline, but each increased compared to the same period last year.
