Abstract generation in progress

This week (March 9–13), the market completed the right-side recovery of the “V” shape, with increased bullish sentiment and continued sector rotation. Among them, the AI computing power segment performed particularly well, with popular stocks hitting multiple daily limit-ups and leading stocks reaching new highs, such as Changfei Fiber, Hengtong Optoelectronics, Demingli, and others, which have already achieved multiple times gains from lows. Our old friend—Bian Huizong—is skilled at identifying the launch opportunities of leading stocks. The mentioned stocks like Changfei Fiber are cases he studied when they were at low levels.

Currently, opportunities in the AI computing power track are still expanding, with mid- and low-priced stocks continuing to rotate higher. The next potential double-up leader may already be in motion.

So, how can you seize the low-entry point of leading stocks in real time?

Bian Huizong has a unique analysis system involving key indicators, market sentiment, and main capital flows. Today, I am giving a sneak peek into his recent real-market analysis and investment system, offering it to everyone for free.

Changfei Fiber and others continue to reach new highs

Bian Huizong’s “sneak peek” stock-catching strategy

Reviewing this week’s market highlights, compared to high-volatility sectors like oil and resources, some AI computing sub-sectors continue to show long-term trends. Leading stocks are demonstrating stable growth. These include areas like liquid cooling, optical communication (fiber optics), and storage chips. Today, I will focus on fiber optics and storage chips.

Currently, market attention on fiber concept stocks remains optimistic. This week, Changfei Fiber, Hengtong Optoelectronics, FiberHome Technologies, Huiyuan Communications, and Hong Kong-listed Changfei Optical Fiber Cables all hit new highs. Notably, since the “9.24” market rally in 2024, Changfei Fiber’s stock price has increased tenfold, while Hong Kong-listed Changfei Optical Fiber Cables surged up to twentyfold (see Figure 1). In less than two years, a 1 million yuan investment would have grown to 20 million yuan.

From an industry logic perspective, market focus on fiber optics has gone through several stages: the explosive demand driven by 800G/1.6T optical interconnect needs, the midstream tension in fiber and cable delivery, and now, as of March 2026, a new high in hype around computing power optical fibers, driven by upstream capacity bottlenecks of optical rods and the sharp rise in single-mode fiber prices.

Besides fiber optics, the storage chip sector, also driven by expanding computing power, is frequently producing bullish stocks. AI hardware includes computing, transmission, and storage. Beyond GPUs and optical communication, storage chips are a long-term strategic focus. Demingli (which hit a “10cm” limit-up on March 13), Baiwei Storage, and others have hit new highs this week. Companies like Puran have been on a long-term bullish trend.

Currently, the market’s hype around storage chips is in a cycle of sustained growth driven by AI demand. As AI technology accelerates its iteration and upgrade, demand for high-end storage chips (like HBM) surges, leading to supply-demand imbalances and rising prices, fueling industry enthusiasm.

Whether it’s optical fibers in computing power or storage chips, these investment opportunities—fostered by industry support, price increases, and technological upgrades—are expected to extend over a longer period and expand into broader and more detailed fields. Bian Huizong has long studied these opportunities, tracking investments in computing power, fiber optics, and storage chips, with unique insights into industry logic, fundamentals, and leading companies. Many popular stocks mentioned above are key cases from his previous “Bian Xue Bian Zuo” research series, such as Changfei Fiber (May 28, 2025; December 10, 2025), Hengtong Optoelectronics (May 28, 2025), Demingli (June 5, 2025), Puran (September 16, 2025; December 18, 2025), etc.

It’s worth noting that Bian Huizong was able to preemptively identify low-entry points and re-entry opportunities for stocks like Changfei Fiber and Puran. How does he capture these breakthrough signals? How does he track and identify the next long-term potential leader? He has a proprietary analysis system involving core indicators and main capital flows. Today, I am summarizing and sharing his investment approach for everyone, free of charge.

Fiber Industry Chain Faces Multiple Drivers

Hengtong Optoelectronics and others ramp up capacity expansion

What is fiber optic? It’s a communication medium that transmits information via light through glass or plastic fibers, utilizing total internal reflection. Its core structure includes the fiber core, cladding, and coating layer. The computing power industry chain covers data generation, transmission, storage, computing, and application. Fiber optics support efficient data flow and utilization.

Recently, as demand for computing power continues to grow, fiber optic technology is advancing through key directions like hollow-core fiber, multimode fiber (MMF), and special fibers. Overall, fiber optics, with features like high speed, low latency, large capacity, and low energy consumption, has become an indispensable infrastructure in the computing power industry chain.

From an industry chain perspective, fiber optics mainly revolve around preform rods, including raw materials, midstream manufacturing, and downstream applications. Upstream raw materials include high-purity quartz sand, fiber coating materials, and special fiber materials. Companies like Feikai Materials (which has rights issues) are important suppliers of fiber coating materials domestically and internationally. Recently, they reported that driven by demand from core applications like fiber communication and data centers, the fiber industry remains optimistic, likely boosting orders and sales of fiber optic cables and coating materials.

Midstream manufacturing involves preform rods, fibers, and cables. Typical companies like FiberHome Technologies focus on fiber optic cables as their core business, with full industry chain capabilities from preform to fiber to cable, and are actively developing new fiber types like hollow-core, polarization-maintaining, and radiation-resistant fibers. Downstream applications include AI computing networks, data center interconnects (DCI), intelligent computing centers, as well as 5G/6G networks, ocean communication, quantum communication, low-altitude economy, and industrial internet.

Will there be further opportunities in the fiber industry chain? The answer is relatively certain. Bian Huizong previously emphasized fiber investment opportunities, noting on December 18, 2025, that signs of a turning point in the fiber cycle were emerging, with prices and capacity utilization rates moving in sync. AI data center fiber consumption is ten times that of traditional data centers, and with DCI orders increasing, a billion-yuan-level incremental market is opening.

Overall, fiber optics currently benefits from both long-term industry logic and short-term events. For example, fiber prices are rising. Yongding Co. stated that benefiting from surging global AI infrastructure investment and new applications like fiber drones, market demand remains strong, leading to increased capacity utilization and steady fiber price increases. Additionally, upcoming events like the OFC 2026 conference in the US (March 15–19) could further stimulate the fiber sector.

Listed companies are also expanding. For instance, Hengtong Optoelectronics recently announced that its advanced fiber material R&D and manufacturing capacity expansion project is progressing smoothly; the first phase of capacity expansion has completed construction, and equipment installation is underway. Since the second half of 2025, Hengtong’s stock price has risen multiple times, more than doubling overall, and recently hit new highs (see Figure 4).

In conclusion, as a core part of the computing power industry chain, fiber optics’ industry health is further improving under multiple stimuli. Stock rotation opportunities are likely to continue, with “Changfei Fiber” and “Hengtong Optoelectronics” already on the way.
