3 Workstations Successfully Resolve 18 Financial Disputes, China Life Changsha Branch Makes Initial Progress in Promoting Diversified Resolution of Financial Disputes
Changsha Evening News, Palm Changsha, March 15 (All-media Reporter Liu Jun, Correspondent Chen Yixin) On the 11th, the Chinese Life Insurance Liuyang Branch Diversified Financial Dispute Resolution Workstation was established, and on the 13th, it successfully resolved a financial dispute. On the 15th, the reporter learned from China Life Insurance Co., Ltd. Changsha Branch (hereinafter referred to as “Changsha Branch”) that since October last year, the company has partnered with local authorities to establish three diversified financial dispute resolution workstations. To date, 18 financial disputes have been resolved with a 100% mediation success rate and 100% customer satisfaction.
The Changsha Branch has been actively promoting the implementation of diversified financial dispute resolution workstations. In October 2025, the Xingsha Street Workstation in Changsha County was officially inaugurated; in February 2026, the Wenyilu Street Workstation in Furong District was successfully launched; in March 2026, the Liuyang Branch Workstation was established.
Since its operation, each workstation has performed efficiently with remarkable results: the Xingsha Street Workstation has handled a total of 15 financial service complaints; the Wenyilu Street Workstation successfully mediated 2 disputes; the Liuyang Branch Workstation successfully resolved 1 dispute. It is reported that the dispute mediation cycle at these workstations is on average 50% shorter than traditional processes, achieving improvements in both efficiency and reputation.
The Changsha Branch also actively integrates public service resources and innovates the “Mobile Mediation Desk” service model, extending financial dispute resolution services to grassroots towns and villages, truly achieving “small issues stay in the village, conflicts are not escalated.” The head of the Changsha Branch stated that they will continue to demonstrate the responsibility of a central enterprise, using workstations as platforms to serve as mediators, risk prevention officers, and financial promoters, continuously expanding service coverage, and ensuring that the “Fengqiao Experience” of the new era takes root in Changsha’s financial sector.
