China Financial International (00721) surged over 30% again this morning, after closing up 38.60% yesterday. As of press time, the stock price increased by 10.13% to HKD 0.087, with a turnover of HKD 11.0059 million.

On the evening of March 11, China Financial International announced the introduction of strategic investors, issuing a total of 21.94 billion new shares to范式智能, representing a 16.67% increase in enlarged share capital; the issue price was HKD 0.04 per share, a 29.82% discount to the March 11 closing price. The net proceeds of HKD 87.27 million are mainly intended for future investments in financial assets and virtual assets.

At the same time, 2.501 billion warrants were issued to范式智能 and two related persons, 黄世荧 and 刘永兴, with an issue price of HKD 0.005, an exercise price of HKD 0.058, and a total cost of HKD 0.063 per warrant, representing a 10.53% premium over the March 11 closing price. The net fundraising amount was HKD 11.51 million.
