Oriental Iron Tower: Wins 209 Million Yuan Southern Power Grid Project

On March 12, Qingdao Oriental Tower Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) announced that the China Southern Power Grid Supply Chain Unified Service Platform published the winning bid announcement for the second batch of specialized bidding projects for the ±800 kV UHVDC transmission project from Zangdongnan to the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, including DC equipment and line materials. The company’s total bid amount is approximately 209 million RMB, accounting for about 4.98% of the company’s audited operating revenue for 2024.

The announcement states that there is no related party relationship between the Company and China Southern Power Grid Co., Ltd. After winning the bid for the project, the performance of the contract will have a positive impact on the company’s future operations and performance, but it will not affect the company’s operational independence.

Additionally, the announcement reminds investors that the company has not yet signed a formal contract. The execution period of the project is subject to the signed formal contract. Investors are advised to be aware of investment risks.
