ETF Midday Review | A-shares Down Slightly, Agricultural Sector Leads Gains, Soybean Meal ETF Up 4%
Gelonghui, March 13 — The three major A-share indices all declined slightly in the morning session. At midday, the Shanghai Composite Index fell 0.22%, the Shenzhen Component Index dropped 0.17%, the ChiNext Index decreased 0.03%, and the Beijing Securities 50 Index declined 0.1%. The combined half-day trading volume of the Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Beijing markets was 15,167 billion yuan, down 904 million yuan from the previous day. Over 2,900 stocks in the market rose. Stablecoins, cloud computing, computing power leasing, cybersecurity, AI applications, smart grids, CPO, and humanoid robot concept stocks were sluggish; lithium batteries, wind power, and phosphate chemical themes were active, while real estate and consumer sectors gained strength.
