Abstract generation in progress

As the new energy vehicle industry continues to cluster in northern France, local governments are actively attracting Chinese new energy companies to participate in regional industrial transformation. The former near-bankrupt Gresay company in the Hauts-de-France region was acquired by a Chinese company, resumed production, and achieved an annual output of 7,000 tons. The region has attracted nearly 50 Chinese enterprises investing in sectors such as automotive, energy, and chemicals. Hauts-de-France values China’s advantages in battery and materials manufacturing for new energy vehicles, and introducing Chinese companies is related to the automotive industry’s electrification transformation and future development. Renault’s 5 electric vehicle uses batteries produced in Hauts-de-France, demonstrating the potential of modern industrial models to drive regional development. (CCTV News)
