Beishidake: Zhan Qinglin Resigns as Chief Financial Officer, General Manager Xiao Ping to Assume Interim Position

Beijing Stock announced on March 15 that the company’s board of directors recently received a written resignation letter from Chief Financial Officer Zhan Qinglin. Zhan Qinglin has resigned from his position as CFO due to personal health reasons and will no longer hold any positions in the company after his resignation. The resignation will take effect from the date the resignation letter is delivered to the company’s board of directors. To ensure the smooth and orderly operation of the company’s financial management, the board of directors has agreed that, before a new CFO is appointed, General Manager Xiao Ping will assume the responsibilities of CFO.
