Cambricon's 2025 Net Profit Reaches 2.06 Billion Yuan, Turning Profitable; Revenue Growth Slows to 4x

Caixin March 12 evening, Cambrian (688256.SH) announced its 2025 annual report, with revenue increasing by 453.2% year-on-year to 6.497 billion yuan; net profit attributable to shareholders after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was 1.77 billion yuan, marking its first annual profit, compared to a net loss of 865 million yuan in the same period last year.

Quarterly-wise, Cambrian’s revenue growth rate declined significantly. In the first two quarters of 2025, the company’s revenue grew over 40 times year-on-year, dropping to 13 times in the third quarter, and only 91% in the fourth quarter, reaching 1.89 billion yuan. As revenue increased, the net profit attributable to the parent after deducting non-recurring gains and losses in the fourth quarter was 351 million yuan, compared to a loss of 2.5 million yuan in the same period last year; however, accounts receivable also grew by 1.04 billion yuan quarter-on-quarter to 6.71 billion yuan.
