Securities Daily News: On March 12, Aorui Jin announced that the controlling shareholder, Shanghai Yuanlong Investment Holding (Group) Co., Ltd., pledged 67.1 million shares of the company to Minsheng Securities and Dongwu Securities from March 9 to 10, 2026, to repay debts; at the same time, from March 10 to 11, they解除质押 67.57 million shares, accounting for 8.04% of their holdings.
