J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc. has been named the best overall domestic intermodal provider for the second half of 2025 by the Journal of Commerce (JOC) Intermodal Service Scorecard. This marks the sixth consecutive time J.B. Hunt has received this top ranking since the scorecard’s inception in 2023. The company achieved a Net Promoter Score of 58 and a 93% customer satisfaction rate, the highest among intermodal providers surveyed.
