Qingdao Daily / Guan Hai News, March 12 — As the AWE 2026 technology event opens, major brands in the industry showcase their latest innovations. Haier Smart Home, recently awarded the Euromonitor International “Top Global Smart Home Sales Company,” is set to introduce disruptive innovations in the smart home sector.

On March 12, at the Haier Boundaryless Ecosystem Smart Living Pavilion during AWE, Haier Smart Home held a live product launch. Addressing the modern family’s core demand to “liberate household chores,” Haier Smart Home believes that the future of home intelligence should not be isolated devices but a complete “home space” with a full life form. Through deep exploration in embodied intelligence, Haier Smart Home unveiled a series of upgraded ecological systems, platforms, standards, and new products, demonstrating leadership in advancing autonomous household chores.

Smart Home Upgrades Unveiled, Showcasing Four Leading Strengths

  1. Launch of the smart home ecosystem architecture, open ecological strategy, and cross-industry innovative collaborations, demonstrating embodied intelligence leadership. Vice President of Haier Smart Home Research Institute, Niu Bo, stated on-site that the home is a different form of embodied intelligence, showcasing the “one brain, multiple spaces” architecture and scene solutions; simultaneously, an open ecological platform was announced, allowing partners to develop once and deploy across multiple devices, with over 200 detailed physical models and a fastest integration cycle of 7 days. Haier provides underlying support and quality assurance through a unified technical architecture. Devices like Xiaodu Smart Glasses have fully integrated into Haier’s smart home system, creating a seamless, intuitive interaction interface.

  2. The Haier Smart Home App has been iteratively upgraded to become the “Number One Platform for Smart Living,” continuously enhancing its ability to explore “making life smarter.” Yu Lianghuan, General Manager of Haier’s AIoT platform, noted that as more smart devices are added to homes, traditional interactions make device location difficult. The upgraded 3D Home View 2.0 in the app allows users to see all smart devices’ locations and statuses at a glance, providing a more intuitive home management experience. The XiaoYou Intelligent Agent, as a multi-agent collaboration framework, includes specialized and overall collaborative agents that utilize planning, memory, and execution capabilities to achieve more accurate understanding and natural interactions.

  3. Haier Smart Home, in collaboration with the Home Research Institute, led the release of standards such as “Intelligent Agent Standards” and “Smart Appliance Intelligence Level Standards,” continuously strengthening technological innovation. Notably, the industry’s first “AI-Based Smart Home Appliance Intelligence Level Evaluation” lays a solid foundation for comprehensive spatial intelligence; the “Technical Requirements and Evaluation for Intelligent Agents in Household and Similar Appliances” turns innovations into perceptible, user-valued features. Additionally, the “Home Brain White Paper (2026)” was officially released, defining the technological foundation and business landscape for smart living over the next decade.

  4. Haier Smart Home launched new whole-house intelligent products and solutions on-site, demonstrating strong technological capabilities. Tuo Xiaojun, General Manager of Haier’s Whole-House Smart Industry, stated that future AI homes will shift from passive to proactive intelligence. The AWE debut of the Tianyue AI Photonic Energy Smart Lock Q600Plus, which can integrate into the entire smart home and uses micro-light energy harvesting for perpetual power, exemplifies this. New products like the PLC wired smart home solution, smart locks, and intelligent surveillance robots will be showcased as part of a comprehensive smart home product matrix, making spaces actively serve people.

Global User Interaction, Driving Technological Innovation and Iteration

Centered on users, helping them liberate household chores has become an instinctive part of Haier Smart Home’s DNA. By 2025, Haier Smart Home will have over 130 million registered users worldwide, with 86.1 billion smart scene interactions annually and over 7 billion interactions per month, building the most comprehensive, best-experienced, and deepest-interaction smart home platform globally.

Unlike products that focus solely on a single “brain” or a single form, Haier Smart Home constructs a unique global “brain, body, limbs, and network” collaborative system. Relying on the world’s most complete home appliance product matrix, it provides a full “body” and “limbs” for the home. With years of accumulated home knowledge graphs and domain-specific large models, Haier Smart Home has developed a “brain” and “nervous system,” pioneering the creation of a 3D digital space for homes, achieving a “soul mapping” in the digital world.

As Vice President and General Manager of Smart Homes, Cui Zhen, states, Haier Smart Home always puts users at the center. Through AI technological innovation and ecological integration, it is building a new interconnected, proactive, and personalized smart living experience. Moving forward, Haier will continue to leverage vast data and user insights to innovate and iterate, transforming into a platform-service-oriented tech ecosystem company that leads the global smart residence industry.
