Guanfawang News: On March 15, Jingtou Development Co., Ltd. issued an announcement regarding abnormal stock trading fluctuations.

The announcement shows that Jingtou Development’s stock price closed with a cumulative deviation of over 20% during three consecutive trading days on March 11, 12, and 13, 2026. According to the relevant regulations of the Shanghai Stock Exchange Trading Rules, this constitutes abnormal stock trading fluctuations.

According to the announcement, after self-inspection and written verification with the controlling shareholder Jingtou Group, as of the disclosure date, Jingtou Development’s controlling shareholder did not buy or sell the company’s stock during the abnormal trading period. Aside from the major asset sale and related-party transaction plans already disclosed, there are no other major matters or risks that need to be disclosed but have not been disclosed.

The announcement discloses that Jingtou Development expects a net profit attributable to the parent company of between -1.23 billion yuan and -1.025 billion yuan in 2025, with net profit attributable to ordinary shareholders of the parent company between -1.488 billion yuan and -1.283 billion yuan. In the first three quarters of 2025, the company’s operating revenue was 555 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 50.74%; net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was -374 million yuan.

Additionally, the major asset sale and related-party transaction plan for Jingtou Development is still in the planning stage. The transaction plan requires further demonstration and negotiation, and necessary internal and external decision-making and approval procedures are still to be completed. The company has not yet signed a letter of intent with the transaction counterpart.
