S&P 500 ETF (159612) Issues a Premium Risk Warning

March 15th, S&P 500 ETF (159612) issued a premium risk warning notice. The fund is officially called Guotai S&P 500 Exchange-Traded Open-End Index Securities Investment Fund (QDII), with the on-market abbreviation S&P 500 ETF and trading code 159612. Recently, its secondary market trading price has been significantly higher than the fund’s net asset value per share, showing a large premium. The fund manager reminds investors to pay attention to the risk of premium in secondary market trading prices. If the premium does not effectively decrease, the fund may apply to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange for intraday temporary suspension or extended suspension to warn of risks. This fund is a traded open-end fund. Investors can trade this fund in the secondary market or subscribe and redeem the fund (note: subscription services for this fund are suspended from November 3, 2025). Currently, the fund is operating normally and there is no major undisclosed information.
