1. Strategy Review

Pre-market strategy review:

  1. Green Power/China Power Energy:

Review: China Power Energy was fully supported when it was listed, but did not form a weak board structure. Moreover, the main divergence in the sector at the time of listing was not triggered (more limit-downs, sharp drops in Yunnan Energy, etc.), so I did not choose to buy on the breakout of China Power Energy.

Today’s operations:

  1. Jilin Chemical Fiber profit-taking: The chemical sector was blocked by Lu Chemical Technology and others, and the carbon fiber theme did not open up any imagination space. Although there was a sizable initial buy-in at open, I exited after it broke below the opening price.
  2. Resconda exit: During the rapid second wave, the states of Huagong, Guangxun, and Changfei were too poor.

2. Follow-up Direction
The first day of the new energy cycle. After the sentiment turned downward on the second day, it was at the lower edge of the midline. There are two possible paths for subsequent sentiment: weak recovery on Monday, freezing on Tuesday, and turning up at the lower band on Wednesday; or a direct freeze on Monday, then turning up on Tuesday.

Yunnan Energy exceeded expectations and entered a small black box. Regulatory surprises often mark the retreat of market sentiment.

Five-board stocks:
Zhongnan Culture: Announced a one-word limit. Sentiment is in a downtrend channel, compounded by the overall leader being unexpectedly regulated, so even the main controller would not pay attention to it.

Four-board (Shun Na Co., Ltd. first limit-up):
China Power Energy: The biggest difference from Shenjian Co., Ltd. is that the overall leader, Yunnan Energy Holdings, closed with a limit-down and faced unexpected regulation after hours; whereas, in the past, Aerospace Development handled large divergences very well. This key difference will lead to very different future trajectories for the two.

Three-board:
Jinniu Chemical: During sector peaks, big collapses, second and third boards, and backstabbing by Baichuan Cangzhou Dahuang are all red flags.

Two-board:
Lu Chemical Technology, Sanfangxiang: Lu Chemical can only give a one-word expectation of hype; Sanfangxiang was strong on Friday, but I don’t see a weak-to-strong pattern opportunity.
Zhengzhou Coal & Electricity: Sector strength is quite average.
Farsun: Capital operations are not cohesive.

Summary:
Wait for the sentiment downtrend channel to end and turn upward before acting. Pay more attention to news with potential for fermentation and the first boards with bright spots on the market.

(The follow-up direction is a preliminary idea; final execution mainly depends on pre-market strategies.)

The stock market is like a martial world; you need to find stocks with a martial world status and operate on stocks with a martial world status. In this process, focus only on market position and popularity recognition. For energy source players, gaining market position and popularity recognition of energy source stocks and the profits they bring are already sufficient.

Sharing generously is a virtue. I hope to provide new perspectives and thinking leaps, and to grow wisdom and style together with everyone. On the road to wealth, common prosperity is the way.
