The Israeli military said it will expand its military strikes in western and central Iran, attacking more infrastructure in the region. The military also emphasized that its interceptors for defending against Iranian airstrikes are currently sufficient. Additionally, an IDF spokesperson told CNN that military operations against Iran are expected to continue for at least another three weeks.

CNN quoted an IDF spokesperson as saying that there are still thousands of targets to be struck. The IDF has prepared and coordinated with the United States to carry out attacks that will last at least until the Jewish Passover (April 1 to April 9), with more in-depth plans that could extend beyond three weeks.

The spokesperson said that the IDF’s offensive is not conducted on a second-by-second or scheduled basis, but rather to achieve Israel’s goal of significantly weakening the Iranian regime.
