India Issues Final Anti-Dumping Determination on Isopropylamine Originating in or Imported from China

India’s Ministry of Commerce and Industry announced a final affirmative anti-dumping ruling on isopropylamine originating from or imported from China, recommending a five-year anti-dumping duty of $290 per ton. The case involves products classified under Indian Customs codes 29211190, 29211990, and 29211920. On December 30, 2024, the Ministry issued a notice stating that an anti-dumping investigation was initiated following an application from Indian domestic company Alkyl Amines Chemicals Limited. The dumping investigation period is from July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024 (12 months), and the injury investigation periods are April 2020 to March 2021, April 2021 to March 2022, April 2022 to June 2023, and July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024.
