On March 14th, the Spring 2026 Large-Scale Job Fair and Future Career Expo — a nationwide city tour recruitment event — officially kicked off at Hall 8 of the China International Exhibition Center.

This is Beijing’s first large-scale job fair after the Spring Festival, featuring over 48,000 high-quality positions from more than 480 well-known companies—more than double the number from last year—drawing many recruiters and job seekers to participate enthusiastically.

Long lines formed at the entrance

At the job fair, crowds of job seekers were shoulder to shoulder, including young people who had just arrived by train and headed straight to the event with their luggage.

The fair introduced 12 new immersive experience zones for emerging careers, using VR simulations, real-world practical exercises, and interactive experiences to let visitors immerse themselves in popular new professions like AI trainers and drone pilots. The hottest “Lobster” service is also part of the experience.

The Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, in partnership with Amap, launched the “Government-Enterprise Exclusive Service Map,” which now includes nearly 60 employment service points across the city, covering employment service stations, gig economy markets, training institutions, and evaluation agencies.

Three pilot districts—Xicheng, Fengtai, and Shunyi—have first adopted AI intelligent service agents, allowing job seekers to complete activity bookings, job searches, resume submissions, and other services with one click within the map, enabling “open the map, enjoy the service.”
