People’s Financial News, March 13 — China Eastern Airlines (600115) announced on March 13 that its controlling shareholder, China Eastern Air Holding Company (referred to as “China Eastern Group”), increased its holdings of the company’s A-shares by 33.9713 million shares through centralized bidding on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, accounting for 0.15% of the total shares. Starting from the date of this increase, China Eastern Group plans to continue increasing its holdings through centralized bidding on the Shanghai Stock Exchange within 12 months. Under certain market conditions, China Eastern Group intends to cumulatively increase its A-share holdings (including this increase and the total planned increase) to no less than 500 million yuan (including this amount) and no more than 1 billion yuan (excluding this amount).
