Mutual Empowerment, Pooled Strength for Win-Win | China National Complete Plant Engineering Corp and XCMG Machinery Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement

On March 12, Wang Bo, Party Secretary and Chairman of China National Machinery Engineering Group and China CAMC Engineering, visited XCMG Group. He held a discussion with Yang Dongsheng, Party Secretary and Chairman of XCMG Group and XCMG Machinery, and witnessed the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement between China CAMC Engineering and XCMG Machinery. Li Haixin, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager of China CAMC Engineering, and Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Zhongyuan, along with Lu Chuan, President and Deputy Party Secretary of XCMG Machinery, signed on behalf of both parties.

Yang Dongsheng warmly welcomed Wang Bo and his delegation, expressing gratitude for their long-term trust and support. He stated that China CAMC Engineering and its subsidiaries have a high degree of internationalization and rich systematic resources in consulting, design, EPC contracting, and equipment manufacturing. They share a solid foundation and broad prospects for cooperation with XCMG Group, which is accelerating innovation and upgrading development. He looks forward to this signing as an opportunity to open a new chapter of cooperation, focusing on domestic and international market expansion, technological innovation, and collaborative development. The goal is to deepen comprehensive and multi-level pragmatic cooperation, achieve complementary advantages, work together, and realize mutual benefits.

Wang Bo expressed gratitude for XCMG Group’s warm reception and highly praised XCMG as one of the 15 leading smart factory enterprises nationwide, with remarkable achievements and industry status in construction machinery manufacturing. He pointed out that China CAMC Engineering and XCMG share the same roots in China’s machinery industry. XCMG’s integrated construction solutions are widely applied in key global projects of China CAMC Engineering, and their cooperation has a long-standing tradition. Wang Bo emphasized that XCMG’s focus on core business, technological empowerment, and innovation-driven development effectively helps enterprises navigate industry cycles, strengthen, optimize, and expand. Its development experience is valuable for learning and reference. He looks forward to establishing a broader industrial cooperation ecosystem, further leveraging each other’s strengths, continuously deepening domestic and international market collaboration, and making greater contributions to China’s manufacturing industry’s “going out, going in, and moving forward.”

During the exchange, leaders from China Zhongyuan and Beiqi Institute introduced their capabilities in engineering design consulting, intelligent logistics and warehousing, standards and testing of lifting machinery, and other areas of technological innovation and professional services. XCMG Group shared its development layout and achievements in advanced manufacturing, intelligent manufacturing, and green manufacturing.

According to the strategic cooperation agreement, both parties will base their long-term cooperation, adhere to the principles of “honest cooperation, lawfulness, mutual benefit, and collaborative development,” and focus on market expansion, project execution, and industrial synergy. They will continuously expand cooperation areas, elevate cooperation levels, and promote resource complementarity and joint development.

During the visit, Wang Bo and Li Haixin’s team toured the intelligent manufacturing bases of XCMG’s heavy machinery, excavators, mining equipment, power, agricultural machinery, and loading equipment units. Participants included Song Zhike, Vice President of XCMG Machinery; Meng Wen, Vice President and General Manager of XCMG Marketing; Jiang Mingzhong, Vice President of XCMG Machinery; and other relevant leaders. Liu Shengcheng, Deputy General Manager of China CAMC Engineering; Zhou Junhong, Party Secretary of Beiqi Institute; Ma Chao, Deputy General Manager of China Zhongyuan; Xiao Zheng, Chairman of China Construction Equipment; and other responsible persons from China Zhongyuan and Beiqi Institute also participated in the full inspection and exchange activities.
