DFCF: Controlling Shareholder Plans to Donate 0.13% of Company Shares

Eastmoney announced that the company’s controlling shareholder and actual controller actually plan to donate 20 million unrestricted circulating shares they hold in the company to the Shanghai Jiao Tong University Education Development Foundation, accounting for 0.13% of the company’s total share capital.
