On March 18, China Power Construction announced the list of shortlisted suppliers for the 2026 photovoltaic module framework procurement project.
The announcement shows that a total of 26 photovoltaic companies were shortlisted, including Longi Green Energy, GCL Integration, Atess, Huan Sheng Photovoltaic, Risen Energy, and Yijian Optoelectronics, with six companies qualifying for two lots.
The overall bid unit price ranges from 0.735 to 0.780 RMB/W, with an average of 0.743 RMB/W. The details for each lot are as follows:
Lot 1: 18 companies qualified, with bid prices ranging from 0.735 to 0.748 RMB/W, and an average of 0.738 RMB/W. Eleven companies bid at the lowest price of 0.735 RMB/W; three companies bid at the highest price of 0.748 RMB/W, including Trina Solar, JA Solar Hefei, and Longi Green Energy.
Lot 2: 6 companies qualified, with bid prices from 0.737 to 0.780 RMB/W, and an average of 0.760 RMB/W. The lowest bid of 0.737 RMB/W was from Changshu Atess; two companies bid at the highest price of 0.780 RMB/W, namely Risen Energy and Guosheng New Energy.
Lot 3: 8 companies qualified, with bid prices from 0.735 to 0.748 RMB/W, and an average of 0.740 RMB/W. Five companies bid at the lowest price of 0.735 RMB/W; Longi Green Energy and Yidao New Energy bid at the highest price of 0.748 RMB/W.
On December 3, 2025, China Power Construction issued a tender announcement for the 2026 photovoltaic module framework procurement. The total capacity is 31 GW, divided into three lots: 24 GW of TOPCon modules, 3 GW of HJT modules, and 4 GW of BC modules.
