I. Resignation of Vice President

Chongqing Huicheng Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) recently received a written resignation letter from Vice President Mr. Wang Yun. Mr. Wang Yun has applied to resign from his position as Vice President due to personal reasons and will no longer hold any positions in the Company or its subsidiaries after resignation. According to the “Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listing Rules” and other relevant regulations, Mr. Wang Yun’s resignation takes effect upon delivery to the Board of Directors. His original term was scheduled to end on February 20, 2027, when the eighth Board of Directors term concludes. As of the date of this announcement, Mr. Wang Yun does not hold any shares in the Company and has no outstanding public commitments to fulfill.

Mr. Wang Yun will complete the handover and all transfer procedures in accordance with the “Management System for Resignation of Directors and Senior Management” and other relevant regulations.
