Gelonghui March 19 — Dafang Guangruide (00755.HK) announced that the group’s attributable loss for the year ending December 31, 2025, will be no less than HKD 65 million, while the attributable loss for the year ending December 31, 2024, is approximately HKD 803 million.

Based on a preliminary review of the group’s management accounts and currently available information, the attributable loss for the reporting period is expected to decrease by about HKD 738 million compared to the previous reporting period. The main reasons are (i) a reduction in financial guarantee provisions of approximately HKD 431 million; and (ii) a decrease in fair value impairment of investment properties of about HKD 380 million (previous reporting period: financial guarantee provisions of approximately HKD 431 million and fair value impairment of investment properties of about HKD 402 million).
