Both parties, based on principles of equality, mutual benefit, complementary advantages, and long-term stability, reached a preliminary cooperation intention regarding the manufacturing, integration, and related construction services of upper modules for offshore floating production, storage, and offloading (FPSO) projects.

This agreement is a preliminary framework and intention agreement, not involving substantive transactions, and does not require approval from the company’s board of directors or shareholders’ meeting.
