Gelonghui March 20 | Boying Special Welding noon announcement: The company approved on December 12, 2025, an investment of no more than 275 million RMB in Vietnam Boying, its wholly-owned subsidiary. Of this, 55 million RMB is intended for purchasing land use rights in Vietnam, and 220 million RMB for constructing new factories and expanding HRSG and other product production lines. On December 15, 2025, Vietnam Boying signed the "Land Reservation Contract," and recently formally executed the "Land Lease Contract," completing key steps in land acquisition.
