The Kearney Area Children’s Museum has been chosen as one of 20 museums nationwide to receive a $10,000 grant from Cummins Inc. and the Association of Children’s Museums (ACM) for STEM education. This funding will enhance hands-on STEM programming, including field trips, outreach, mini-camps, and interactive learning, particularly targeting Title I schools to ensure equitable access. The initiative aligns with Cummins READY™ strategy to foster STEM interest from an early age and prepare children for future careers.
