Reporters learned from the National Highway Network Center of the Ministry of Transportation that as of 7 am, due to heavy fog, 45 road sections on national and provincial trunk lines in 6 provinces including Liaoning, Henan, Hebei, Shandong, Hunan, and Hubei have implemented toll station closure control measures. Due to snowfall and icy road surfaces, 30 road sections on national and provincial trunk lines in 3 provinces including Heilongjiang, Jilin, and Sichuan have implemented proactive closure control measures, of which 5 sections have closed main lines and 25 sections have closed toll stations.
