VANCOUVER, BC, Feb. 13, 2026 /CNW/ - Argenta Silver Corp. (TSXV: AGAG) (OTCQX: AGAGF) (FSE: T1K) (“Argenta” or the “Company”) announces the Company granted a total of 5,085,000 stock options (the “Options”) to certain directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Company’s Stock Option Plan. Each stock option is exercisable into one common share of the Company at an exercise price of $0.80 per share for a period of five years until February 13, 2031. The Options will vest as to 25% on the date of grant, 25% February 13, 2027, 25% on February 13, 2028 and 25% on February, 2029. The Options remain subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
