Yesterday marked the eighth day since this account was opened. Due to staring at the charts and watching the price fluctuations, I engaged in frequent trading. More dangerously, I almost wanted to violate my discipline and increase my leverage—I was just a hair's breadth away from adding more leverage and nearly broke my own rules. I felt a deep sense of fear in retrospect, which made me understand better where the true dangers and difficulties of speculative trading lie. Therefore, I should be much more careful and cautious going forward.
