AMEC: Net Profit in 2025 Increased 107.68% Year-over-Year, Proposing Distribution of 0.3 Yuan per 10 Shares

Semiconductor Microelectronics (688380) announced its annual report on March 19. By 2025, it aims to achieve operating revenue of 1.122 billion yuan, a year-over-year increase of 23.09%; net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company of 284 million yuan, a year-over-year increase of 107.68%; and basic earnings per share of 0.71 yuan. The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 3 yuan (tax included) for every 10 shares to all shareholders. In recent years, the company has continuously invested in R&D and expanded its product portfolio in high-end application fields. It has also strengthened product iteration, new product promotion, sales, and comprehensive service capabilities. The shipment volume of automotive-grade chips and industrial control chips has grown rapidly compared to the previous year; new product launches and iterations have enhanced product competitiveness and gross profit margins. Additionally, the long-term holding of stock in Electric Science & Technology chips has seen a rise in stock price, leading to a significant increase in fair value change gains and losses.
