Sina Technology reported on March 17th at noon that today, multiple players reported that when logging into Huawei channel versions of games such as “Egg Party,” “Love and Deep Space,” and “Identity V,” the system displayed the message: “This account has a record of minor consumption appeal and has been refunded. Service has been terminated, and login is not possible.” Players all stated that they had never requested a refund, and their account real-name information indicates they are adults. Subsequently, the topic “Huawei Channel Version” trended on social media.

As of press time, Huawei’s terminal department has not responded to this matter. Huawei customer service stated, “Thank you very much for your prompt feedback. We understand this has caused inconvenience. The issue has now been resolved. Please go to your phone settings, log out of your Huawei account, and then log back in.”

Regarding the specific cause of the malfunction and whether there will be user compensation, Huawei customer service said there is no relevant information at the moment. Users are advised to follow the announcements in the Game Center for updates.
