Kimberly-Clark seeks New Zealand clearance for Kenvue acquisition

Kimberly-Clark Corporation is seeking antitrust approval in New Zealand for its acquisition of Kenvue. Both companies supply feminine hygiene products, and to address competitive overlap, they have proposed divesting Kenvue’s feminine hygiene offering in New Zealand and Australia. The New Zealand Commerce Commission will assess if this proposed divestment sufficiently remedies potential competition concerns.
