Raymond James Financial has appointed Kirk Bell as president of its Financial Services Independent Contractor Division, effective April 1. Bell, who has been with the firm for nearly 26 years, will also join the firm’s Senior Leadership Team and Private Client Group Executive Leadership Team. He succeeds Shannon Reid and David Sisemore, who are transitioning out of leadership roles.
